Wednesday, May 3rd, 2028
Doctors in Kansas said Tony Ríos might not play anymore this year. The Jayhawks right fielder suffered a torn back muscle during a game against the Georgia Bulldogs and will be out for at least 5-6 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season.

This season Ríos has hit at a .307 clip and produced 32 RBI, 9 home runs and 26 runs.
