Franco PIO's #1 Pitcher in May Thursday, June 1st, 2028 In May, Andrés Franco tore through the Pioneer League like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 21 years old. The young Chula Vista starter posted a 3-1 mark and an ERA of 1.29 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 28 innings he collected 31 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .176 average.
