Velásquez MSL's Best of the Week Monday, September 18th, 2028 Manny Velásquez of the Manhatten Meatheads had a super week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Midwest League. The 20-year-old catcher put up a .458 average with a .552 on-base percentage, racking up 11 hits in 24 at-bats, 1 home run, 6 RBIs and 4 runs scored. So far on the season Velásquez is hitting .333 with 4 home runs, 10 RBIs and 10 runs scored. He has 23 hits and played in 18 games. |
