ESL Top Batter Trophy Won by Payton Tuesday, August 1st, 2028 Zack Payton may be much younger than other hitters in the Eastern League, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in July to win the Batter of the Month award. The 23-year-old Buffalo catcher hit .421 with 11 home runs, 25 RBIs and 23 runs scored. This season Payton is batting .305 with 21 home runs. His totals include 70 RBIs and 76 runs scored. |
