The New York Knights got a superb performance from designated hitter Arthur Hall, but the Nevada Noise still won the game, 8-4. Hall was named the player of the game despite the loss. He was 3 for 4 with 3 singles. He scored 2 runs. Carl Henry, credited with the win, is now 1-0. He allowed 4 runs on 10 hits in 7 innings. With the win, Nevada improves its record to 3-1.
Early in the game, second baseman Stephen Wilson had a run-scoring single for Nevada. It was his 4th hit of the season and put the Noise on top, 3-2.
"It was a solid team effort," said Wilson after the game.
