No Playoff Berth Coming for Oceanside HS Friday, May 14th, 2027 It "never gets easier" to have a playoff push come to an end, according to left fielder Heath Jones of the Oceanside HS Pirates. The Oceanside HS player said his club was banking on being able to push themselves into the postseason, but they are now mathematically eliminated. Oceanside HS last appeared in the postseason in 2022. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 11 times in their 14-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Pirates have missed the playoffs 9 times. |
