Reeves Selected HSCL's #1 Player
Monday, June 15th, 2026
The manager of the Randall HS Raiders said he thinks Jake Reeves is only going to get better as he gets older.

He may only be 18, but it will be hard to top the third baseman's 2026 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the High School CL Outstanding Hitter Award.

His winning campaign featured a .481 batting average and a .612 on-base percentage this year. In 40 games he piled up 74 hits, 9 doubles, 1 triple, 17 home runs, 53 RBIs and 60 runs scored.

Marlon Hernández of the John Jay HS Patriots finished second in voting, while Joe Noble of the Indianapolis HS Rifles finished third.
