Ken Pérez of Bishop Amat HS apparently doesn't as he battered Overland Park HS with a 5-hit outburst in today's game to lead his club to a 13-2 win. He told the press after the game, "And I didn't even take BP today. I think I have been taking too many swings before game and decided to take a day off. Wow, this was really something... a 5 for 5 day... will my name be in the record books now?" Ken Pérez singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th. |
