Panthers Clinch Wild Card Tuesday, May 25th, 2027 For the Pittsburgh Panthers, it's not how you start, but how you finish. That's the mantra the team is following after today qualifying for the playoffs. "We may be going into the playoffs as a wild card team, but we plan to finish the playoffs as champions," said first baseman Henry Cahill. "There's no shortage of confidence from guys in our clubhouse." With a record of 29-21, there will of course be teams with better track records in the postseason. But team manager Bartolo Marrero said his club has "infinite optimism" that they can win the franchise's 1st College Baseball championship. |
