Georgia Tech Eliminated from Playoff Contention Tuesday, May 26th, 2026 The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. This season won't contain a playoff run for the club, as Georgia Tech was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. The Yellow Jackets have missed the playoffs 14 times in their 19 years as a College Baseball franchise.
