Scarlet Knights Out of Playoff Race Sunday, May 24th, 2026 Members of the Rutgers sat in stunned silence in their clubhouse with the knowledge that their chance at a playoff berth this year is now over. "We really thought we had the team to get into the playoffs," said Gary Fox. The Scarlet Knights have missed the playoffs 16 times in their 19 years as a College Baseball franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 6th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2020. In the last 10 seasons, the Scarlet Knights have missed the playoffs 8 times. |
