NCAA SEC - West Title Goes to Bulldogs Sunday, May 24th, 2026 You could barely hear the person standing next to you in the Mississippi State Bulldogs clubhouse, as the team celebrated its NCAA SEC - West championship tonight. "We're a proud bunch and this one feels good," right fielder Eric Thompson shouted to reporters over the loud music that rang through the clubhouse after the team's division win became official. "This is a franchise that deserves a championship and we're going to do everything we can to make that happen." The Bulldogs have secured the franchise's 4th title with a 31-18 record and will be looking for the 2nd College Baseball championship in franchise history. |
