Sweet Picked NCAA Player of the Week Monday, April 20th, 2026 So far in his young career, Carter Sweet has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the NCAA in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 21-year-old Arkansas Razorbacks first baseman hit at a torrid .458 clip as he collected 11 hits in 24 at-bats, 7 home runs, 14 RBIs and 10 runs scored. Thus far this year Sweet has hit .333 with 9 home runs and 19 RBIs. |
