Caceres Honored by Midwest League Monday, July 19th, 2027 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Midwest League, but last week Juan Caceres of the Plumstead Eagles reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Caceres rocked opposing pitching for a .474 average (9-for-19), 2 home runs and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. So far this year Caceres is hitting .299 with 15 home runs. |
