Season Ends for Chris Austin of Memphis Saturday, May 15th, 2027 When Chris Austin was hurt against the BlackIron Dragons, the Memphis Blues were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe that first thought. The 24-year-old left fielder suffered a ruptured medial collateral ligament running the bases in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Austin would miss 6-7 months of the season. To date this year Austin is batting .266 with 9 home runs. |
