Fitzgerald 5-for-5 for Matane Tuesday, August 25th, 2026 Thanks to John Fitzgerald and his big bat, the Serpents derailed the Yellowknife Claws 20-2 today at Claws Ballpark. The Matane first baseman had a standout game with 5 hits in 5 at-bats. John Fitzgerald hit an RBI double in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit a two-run single in the 8th and walked in the 9th.
