Jones Has 31-Game Hitting Streak Saturday, April 19th, 2025 Nobody has been able to shut down Jim Jones of the Spanish Fork HS in recent games. Today at Ballpark of Wildwood HS he picked up 3 hits in the Spanish Fork HS 14-4 victory over the Triplets and stretched his hitting string to 31 consecutive games. Jim Jones hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Matt Metcalf in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th and struck out in the 7th. So far this year, Jones is batting .373 with 6 home runs and 28 RBIs. |
