Allen Sizzles with 20-Game Batting Streak Friday, April 17th, 2026 Fans around the league are beginning to get interested in the Torchmen 17-year-old first baseman Harold Allen. What is drawing all the attention is his 20-game hitting streak. Allen extended it again in today's game with the Buchanan HS with 3 hits. But it wasn't enough. Buchanan HS won the game 9-4. Harold Allen flied out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, flied out in the 6th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. This year Allen is batting .358 with 24 hits, 2 home runs, 15 RBIs, 9 walks, .438 OBP and has scored 13 runs. |
