Commodores Are Champs of NCAA SEC - East Wednesday, May 28th, 2025 Say what you want about the Vanderbilt Commodores and their abilities on the baseball diamond. Nobody can question their ability to celebrate a division title. The music was loud and the adult beverages were flowing tonight as the Commodores officially clinched the NCAA SEC - East. "You concentrate so hard on winning the division, so it's nice to finally be here and be able to enjoy it," said third baseman Glen MacDonald, whose championship t-shirt was soaked in champagne. "It's probably going to be a pretty long night." Vanderbilt clinched the division with a record currently sitting at 27-24. It is the 4th division championship in team history and will give the Commodores the opportunity to go for their 2nd College Baseball championship. |
