Buckeyes Lose McGee for 6 Months Friday, May 15th, 2026 Dirk McGee of the Ohio State Buckeyes was injured in today's game against Nebraska and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is a sore shoulder and he is expected to be out for up to 6 months. It happened while McGee was throwing a pitch. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field." For the season McGee has logged no wins and 2 losses and struck out 31 batters in 36 innings while compiling a 4.50 ERA. |
