Flint Williams Hurt, Out of Action
Monday, August 17th, 2026
The Kenosha Kingfish learned that Flint Williams is likely to be out for 10 months after he injured himself throwing a pitch in today's game against the Athens Assassins. A round of tests by the team doctor revealed the injury to be a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. Upon hearing the diagnosis, the Kenosha manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries -- they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until Flint is back in action."

To date this year Williams has saved 3 games while tossing 69.1 innings. He has a 3.50 ERA, fanned 93 batters and made 54 relief appearances.
