Lee's Summit's Rose Bags MSL Top Batter for July Saturday, August 1st, 2026 When Edward Rose stepped up to the plate in July, he did it with confidence and today he was honored with the Midwest League Batter of the Month award. The young Lee's Summit first baseman posted a .369 batting average with 2 home runs, 14 RBIs and scored 22 runs. Rose also worked pitchers for 20 walks to post a .455 on-base percentage. This year Rose is hitting .361 with 10 home runs. |
