Hillbillies Celebrate Wild Card Win Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 The Allentown Hillbillies certainly made things interesting. The International League North club have battled to the bitter end and have come up with a wild card berth. "It's pretty satisfying to clinch the playoffs so late in the season," said reliever Okura Oike. "You start to doubt yourself and wonder if you can even make it." But the Hillbillies have in fact made it, with their 102-61 record holding up to now give them a chance at the franchise's 3rd International League championship. |
