Eric Hunt Suffers Injury Thursday, September 10th, 2026 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Tornados when after today's game against the Rollers, the club found out they would be without the services of Eric Hunt for at least 4 months. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Hunt was injured earlier today throwing a pitch and suffered a torn labrum. This season-to-date, Hunt has fashioned a 7-6 mark and 5.38 ERA in 144 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .291 against him and he has logged 100 strikeouts. |
