Wilson's Hit Streak Reaches 36 Games Saturday, May 10th, 2025 The Mountain Pointe HS proved to be mere mortals today as they lost to the Broken Arrow HS 5-4, but Ben Wilson continued his god-like hitting as he collected 1 hit and ran his hitting streak to 36 games. When asked about his torrid-hitting center fielder, the Mountain Pointe HS skipper said, "Wilson is playing great and is on fire now. Hopefully his play can spark the rest of our team and help us pick up some wins." Wilson was apparently not happy with the game and when pressed by reporters in the locker room only said, "We lost the game. Nothing else really matters." Ben Wilson grounded out in the 1st, grounded out in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and struck out in the 8th. For the year Wilson is batting .436 with 4 home runs, 29 RBIs and 32 runs scored. |
