Wilson Hits in 32 Consecutive Games Sunday, May 4th, 2025 Bishop Verot HS could care less about Ben Wilson's hitting streak. All they care about is who won the game. The Bishop Verot HS manager told BNN, "Not to belittle his streak, but at the end of the day, the important thing is winning the game, not stopping a hitting streak." Well, the Bishop Verot HS didn't stop Ben Wilson today, but they won the game 15-10 over the Mountain Pointe HS. The Mountain Pointe HS center fielder was 2-for-5 in the loss and extended his hitting streak to 32 games. Ben Wilson singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, flied out in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th. This season Wilson is hitting .462 with 60 hits, 4 home runs, 29 RBIs, scored 29 runs and played in 30 games. |
