Wilson Runs Hit String to 20 Straight Games Sunday, April 20th, 2025 Win, lose or draw -- Ben Wilson just keeps on getting base hits -- game after game after game. He has now stretched his hitting streak to 20 games. The Mountain Pointe HS center fielder picked up 3 hits in 5 at-bats today, but it wasn't enough to win the game. His club was defeated 5-2 by the Temiskaming District Secondary School Saints at Ballpark of Bethlehem HS. Ben Wilson grounded out in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th. In his stats this season, Wilson has posted a batting average of .436 with 34 hits in 78 at-bats, 3 home runs and 14 RBIs. He has also scored 10 runs, walked 5 times and compiled a .459 OBP. |
