No Late-Season Magic Coming: Virginia Out of Playoffs Wednesday, May 21st, 2025 The Virginia Cavaliers bid for a postseason berth came to a close today. The club has been mathematically eliminated and the team's manager said players on the team are taking it pretty hard. The Cavaliers have missed the playoffs 11 times in their 18 years as a College Baseball franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 4th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2021. In the last 10 seasons, the Cavaliers have missed the playoffs 8 times. |
