Mullins Smashes 3 Homers for New Hampshire Saturday, June 7th, 2025 At Palancar Gardens Tom Mullins of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats wreaked havoc on Memphis pitching, beating them 14-0 and leaving them in ruins after a prodigious three-home run performance. It was clear he was in a groove early on and as blast after blast cleared the fences. Fans knew they were witnessing a feat they wouldn't soon forget. After his monumental game Mullins told reporters at the press conference, "The last one was totally unexpected. I just wanted to make good contact, never thinking I would get a home run -- and BANG! -- I got #3." For the game the New Hampshire first baseman had 3 hits in 4 at-bats, drove in 8 and scored 3 runs. Tom Mullins walked in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, hit a GRAND SLAM off Rafael Ressureio in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Mark Bidwell in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Miguel García in the 8th. Thus far this season in 57 games Mullins is batting .301 with 18 home runs, 59 RBIs and 36 runs scored. He has 66 hits in 219 at-bats. |
