He suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch in the game today against the San Diego Smashers. His teammates, understandably, were upset about losing the starting pitcher. "That's a tough break for him," one of them said. "But this team is resilient. We will just fill in until he gets back." So far this season Ramírez has 15 wins and 5 losses and a 2.56 ERA. |
