Prawns Lose McJannett for 4 Months Saturday, August 30th, 2025 Disappointing news today for District 9 Prawns fans. Johnathan McJannett was hurt throwing a pitch in their game against the Houston Hammertime and has a fractured elbow. Team trainers were hesitant to predict a date for return but said it was likely the injury will keep the reliever out at least 4 months. To this point in the season, McJannett has put up these figures: 3-5 record, 53 relief appearances with 54 innings, 7 saves, 67 strikeouts, 47 walks and a 6.33 ERA. He has limited other teams to a .280 batting average. |
