Power Stewart Suffers Injury
Thursday, August 15th, 2024
The West Virginia Power learned that Colm Stewart is likely to be out for 4-5 months after he injured himself throwing a pitch in today's game against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. A round of tests by the team doctor revealed the injury to be a fractured elbow. Upon hearing the diagnosis, the West Virginia manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries -- they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until Colm is back in action."
