Eric Fisher out 7-8 Months With Injury Monday, July 31st, 2023 Eric Fisher at first refused to leave today's Nashua-Dunedin game after he suffered bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch. But his manager convinced him not to be foolish. "I want to be on the field," the feisty Dunedin starting pitcher said. "I'll play through just about anything." Given time to reflect on the situation, he knew it was in his best interest to get immediate treatment. The injury is expected to keep Fisher out of action for 7-8 months. |
